Terms of service
Scope of Services:
BRANDINGSUBS ("the Agency"), a subsidiary of The Socialite LLC, offers branding and marketing services as outlined in the selected service plan, including but not limited to brand development, visual identity, graphic design, marketing strategy, social media management, market research, copywriting, and other related services specified in the chosen plan.
Subscription Plans:
The Agency offers multiple subscription plans, each with its own set of services and pricing. Clients are responsible for selecting the plan that best suits their needs. Changes to subscription plans can be made at any time through the client portal.
Ad Spend:
Please note that the ad spend for marketing campaigns is not included in our service fees. Clients are responsible for their own ad spend budget and any associated costs incurred through third-party advertising platforms.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. The Agency does not provide refunds for prepaid months.
Service Changes:
Clients may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. Any changes made to the subscription plan will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property developed or provided by the Agency, including but not limited to branding materials, designs, and strategies, remains the property of BRANDINGSUBS unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Confidentiality:
BRANDINGSUBS agrees to keep all client information confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services. Likewise, clients agree to keep all proprietary information of BRANDINGSUBS confidential.
Indemnification:
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless BRANDINGSUBS from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client's use of the Agency's services or any breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall BRANDINGSUBS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services. Additionally, BRANDINGSUBS is not responsible for the results of advertising campaigns conducted on behalf of clients.
Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Modification of Terms:
BRANDINGSUBS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to the terms, and continued use of the Agency's services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
By subscribing to the services of BRANDINGSUBS, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
